Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United Technologies CU714D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uticor-Q2-Panel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Valtek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the NXL00315C2H1SSS00AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100GUQ08T2R1 manufactured by Uticor-Q2-Panel and we are pleased to be able to service most Uticor-Q2-Panel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 255124999000 by Manufacturer Valtek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Viatran Brand 3745CBD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Valmet such as 4190B10090 equipment made by Valmet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valmet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valmet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B2506WIJ made by Velmex as well as the popular VIDEOJET original spares produced by Videoject

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MI15022VIT by Uticor and 4190B10090 spares by Valmet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VW600N115AC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Valvcon.
